The Queen of the Drowned I

If you would like to support my work, please become a patron of my Patreon.

Sinking down into the Atlantic’s depths,

I watch dark bodies drown.

Wails transform into bubbles,

Salty water suffocating lungs.

Seawater or tears, it could be either one.

These tossed bodies are mine to claim.

My subjects, my people, the discarded.

They can not survive within the ocean,

Thus they are to drown.

Here they are thrown over a ship’s side.

Since no one wants them, they’ll be mine,

For I am the Queen of the Drowned.
